My wife says that the room felt a bit cramped for a family with a small baby.

Everything about this good budget hotel was good. We got the twin room and it was new-fashioned. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable and the location was absolutely perfect.

the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and amicable, helped us with every request. the location was unbeatable: a mall and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. even the daniel z. romualdez airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away.

Great value with mall access

I really liked the competitive price and the closeness to Robinsons Mall. The staff was accommodating and the room was clean, with fresh beddings. The space felt quite small and some facilities were a bit worn out, which could use some attention.

The price

The rooms are small, there is no storage space, the so called free WIFI was useless. Avoid unless on a budget

Ideal and nice location for visiting restaurants and eateries. Walking distance to a mall and a large shopping mall across the street. Good choice of fine food at breakfast time.

The location next to robinsons mall was super convenient, and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Everything felt fresh and modern, a nice surprise .

big plus the location. the hotel is next to robinsons mall with lotss of restaurants and ofcourse shops and movietheatres. public transport is easyly to access.

the room is small and absolutely no place to put ur clothes. you need to keep all in your suitcase/bags

Not far from airport and shopping centre, reasonable price, clean, comfortable bed, hot water showers.

Room a little small but big enough for sleeping

The hotel's location near Robinsons Mall is a major plus. We felt comfortable with our dogs, and the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. Perfect for families needing a quick stop!

It is cheap,

Tiny room. Internet service extremely slow - nearly useless. No room service. No restaurant. Tiny bathroom.

It was just a great fit for a brief retreat in Tacloban with very nice value for money. The hot shower worked perfectly, great after a long day out. Try to check if they have water dispensers available when you need them.

Location facilitates "one stop" for shopping

-There's only one resto downstairs which cant serve breakfast as early as 6 am or for those w/ an early morning flight -covered parking easily gets filled to capacity

Fresh breakfast - a lot of meals. Lovely little rooms with hot water shower and a queen size bed, for example, very good stay! Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The hotel is next door to Robinson's Mall, and reasonably close to the airport. The hotel is well set out with wide hallways and seating areas, rooms are clean and tidy. Elevator works well and there are 2 of them.
